ROUNDTABLES

We partner with a variety of clientele across the corporate and publishing sectors, on roundtable events. We have travelled extensively throughout the United States and Europe documenting many high-profile roundtable events.  Our clients trust our discretion and professionalism to capture these events, which are often held in very private and intimate settings. We utilize the latest silent-shooting and low-light cameras to minimize any sound and reduce or eliminate the use of flash. This allows us to capture a wider variety of dynamic images without being obtrusive to the meeting.  Our content is routinely used for publication, PR and social purposes. 

GRAND OPENINGS

Team STS is routinely contracted for grand opening events on the PR and agency side. We are entrusted to capture environmental imagery prior to event start time, celebrity arrivals, guest interaction and engagement, speeches and special performances, sponsor content, and high-energy / eye-catching content for social and PR use. Our specialty and differentiation lies in our strong storytelling abilities and skillfully splitting our time between guest/VIP capture, engagement and environmental shots. Often the client and agency content needs differ and we routinely scale our team to fulfill both of these.    

CONFERENCES

Team STS has partnered on both the agency and client side of conferences. We have scaled our team on a local, domestic and international level to fulfill a wide variety of content needs. Often, conferences have an intricate schedule with overlap. We simultaneously capture event design, main- stage content, breakouts, sponsor activations, green room and arrivals, all while fulfilling immediate social and PR channels in real-time, for agency, client, supporting sponsors and celebrity guests. 

EDITOR EVENTS

We partner with various clients in the fashion, beauty, tech and publishing sectors on editor and influencer events. Depending on our client, we shift our content capture approach but are generally focusing heavily on event decor, product shots, guest engagement with product and brand ambassadors, presentations, and influencer specific content. These events tend to be held in more intimate settings, and we approach them very discreetly to not affect the guest’s experience. Utilizing the latest silent and low-light cameras greatly assists us in this manner.

GUERRILA MARKETING

This unconventional, high energy and edgy form of marketing is taking over streets, festivals, public parks, sporting events, beaches, shopping centers and just about anywhere else you can find a large crowd of unsuspecting people ready to be bombarded with free product. It’s creative, interactive, in-your-face, and quickly raises brand awareness. Like pop-up activations, this is a prime time to capture real reactions to the product or services you are pushing and get some real time feedback. We are often brought onto these projects for event documentation, and real-time reactions.  

POP-UP ACTIVATIONS

The exploding trend in these short-lived and temporary spaces allow brand-loyal consumers, and potential customers, to get up close and personal with new products and increase brand awareness. These creative and immersive environments present a golden opportunity to gather valuable consumer feedback and authentic reactions. We partner with brands on these high-energy and fleeting activations for guest testimonials, production, details and environmental coverage, and event documentation. 

FASHION WEEK

We fulfil content needs for production agencies, sponsoring brands, hair and makeup artists, and fashion designers. We are often busy backstage, capturing the magic and energy of these productions, hours before showtime. Depending on our client, we are routinely focusing on documenting production setup shots, dress rehearsals, hair and makeup, sponsored product placements, designers making final tweaks, and backstage beauty shots. Once the show starts, we are capturing various angles to accompany the usual runway shots.

Team STS works on the agency and client side of corporate events, which include executive retreats, incentive trips, golf outings, appreciation and milestone events, team building events, product launches, galas, annual fund raisers, screenings, award presentations, charity events, board and shareholder meetings, and holiday parties.
